Eat desserts

There are many ways to make yourself happy, but one of the most important is eating desserts.

Desserts are delicious and sweet and will make you smile because they're so tasty! They also have lots of sugar in them which makes people feel good inside when they eat it. The best kind of dessert is chocolate cake because chocolate tastes even better than other sweets like cookies or candy bars--it's just like a piece out of heaven! If you want to be happy, then eat some desserts as soon as possible!


Exercise

Exercise is a great way to release stress and feel happier. You don't need to run marathons or lift weights--even walking can help. If you're not used to exercising, start with something gentle like yoga or Tai Chi.

You should also be sure that you're relaxing your muscles while doing any type of exercise, especially if it involves heavy lifting. This will help prevent injuries as well as improve your posture over time! A handheld massager can be an excellent tool for helping people relax their muscles after working out; it's especially useful for those who don't have access (or time) for massages from professionals


Talk with your friends

Talking with friends about things that make you happy is another great way to boost your mood. When we're in a good mood, we tend to be more outgoing and friendly, so talking with friends can help you feel better. Plus, if they're also interested in making themselves happy (and who isn't?), it could be a chance for them to share what makes them happy as well!

If talking with friends isn't an option for whatever reason, another option would be going outside for a walk or jog. Getting out into nature has been shown time and again as one of the best ways of boosting happiness levels because simply being outdoors increases our exposure to daylight--which helps regulate our circadian rhythms--and gives us access to fresh air and exercise while getting some vitamin D from exposure to sunlight


Play games

It's easy to get caught up in the daily grind of life, but it's important to take time out for yourself and have fun. Games are a great way to do so, as they provide an opportunity for you and your friends or family members to laugh together and forget about your troubles for a little while. If you're looking for something new, try "Overcooked 2" on PS4 or Xbox One!
